If you are facing problem of welcome logon screenhere is the tricks to solve it

step 1st: -

just run the run commandor press windows key+r

 step 2nd:-

>>enter in that run command

netplwiz or control userpasswords2

step 3rd:-

after it one windows popsup

 

STEP 4TH: 

untick on users must enter a username and password to use this computer

>then apply ok

 

STEP 5TH :-

>now again windows pops up calling you to add password

>>username: (leave it as it is)

password: type your password/if not then leave it blank

confirm password:again type your password//if not then leave it blank

note:(remember if you don't set any password then leave it blank )

 

ok

restart ur pc 

it is done 

it never ask u again for password WHEN u start ur pc
